Do I Qualify for a DBA?

The DBA program is open to candidates holding one of the following degrees:

  • Doctorate or equivalent.

  • or Master's degree (including MBA and Executive MBA) with at least 5 years of professional experience.

  • and Motivation and drive

In order to allow students to benefit from optimal learning conditions, the number of places available in each session of the program is limited. Space availability is reviewed after each intake session. When a cohort is full, admissions for the program are closed.

Entry Requirements

If you're having trouble meeting any of the regular admission requirements for the Executive DBA program at Montblanc Business School, don't worry. There are alternatives available to you. You may be eligible for a waiver of certain requirements if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 7 years of managerial experience

  • An equivalent professional qualification with the potential to meet the program's learning and research requirements

  • An exceptional career with significant achievements and expertise recognized by your peers globally

  • Other academic or professional qualifications on a case-by-case basis

  • Entrepreneur with a project in a business in your sector

  • Parent of at least three children

  • Top athlete

  • Having certain illnesses such as multiple sclerosisHaving certain disabilities

  • Military member (active or retired) or a veteran

  • Medical and health personnel who served during the COVID-19 pandemic.
